Hi families,
This is our second notice regarding the Arkansas school immunization requirements for middle school students. All students who are 11 years old or older must receive their required Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccine to remain in compliance and attend class.
• If your student has already received this vaccine: Thank you! Please ensure you have submitted their updated records to the school office so we can check them off our list.
• If your student still needs this vaccine: Please make arrangements for them to receive it as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions to their school attendance.
• If you choose to exempt your student: Arkansas allows for immunization exemptions, but you must submit the official approved exemption documentation from the Arkansas Department of Health to the school office to keep them in compliance.
